No, all of our installers are employees of our Wayne’s Flooring.  We do not subcontract any of our work to ensure that our customers receive the highest quality work and services.

The timeline for each installation project depends on the client and their design ideas. We can sometimes pull off a rapid turn around within a matter of days, but most jobs take between 1-3 weeks to pull together. Please read our Installation Process to get a better idea of how our team handles and the timeline for each installation project.

We are more than happy to help! Have your contractor give you a shopping list of material(s) you need, and we can handle the rest. We can even deliver the materials out to the job site if needed. If the material(s) is in stock, we can have it ready for pick up or delivery within one business day.

Absolutely! We install jobs, both large and small. From a small bath or entryway to a simple set of stairs, we do it all. We do have minimum installation fees (trip charges), but we try to minimize that as much as possible.

No, not at this time.

Only on materials that are purchased/installed by us for liability reasons.

We do offer binding (sewn edges) on almost all of the carpets that we sell. However, we do not bind carpet from other suppliers.

Yes, everything we sell has a warranty through the manufacturer, and we offer a one year warranty on all installation services we provide.

Yes! We remove and replace appliances, except for water heaters and dishwashers, and toilets.

Yes! We offer furniture moving services as needed. We do not move personal items/breakables or electronics. We also do not disassemble or reassemble furniture, but we will move and put back all of your heavy items and boxes. Pricing varies depending on the job.

No problem! We work in high rise condos every day. We highly suggest that you touch base with your building management to see what parameters they have set in place as some buildings require sound regulations and want to see spec sheets on materials. You might also need to satisfy a contractor or renovation checklist, which your building manager can provide for you.

We are more than happy to provide you with any information we have to help streamline your approval process with your building. We are fully insured and licensed.

Not necessarily. It is ideal to have someone meet us in the morning before installation, but we often work with lockbox access. Please feel free to come and go as desired during your installation.

Our crew members can keep in touch with you during the install and can alert you to any issues that may arise.
